About Sarah Klein
Sarah has been teaching yoga for over 10 years and strives to lead a class in which individuals of all levels and yoga backgrounds feel comfortable and able to develop their own personal practice. She challenges students to playfully find their edge, then rest with contentment and curiosity at that edge. Guiding a  moving, breathing, meditation. Aligned with a lineage based practice, Sarah finds her home in Ashtanga yoga. She thrives on taking the traditional foundation of ashtanga yoga and presenting it with a twist making the practice accessible for all. Sarah is also an integrative nutrition, health coach and owner of Whole Health Lab. She creates customized mind-body wellness programs. Sarah enjoys spending her time exploring the outdoors, new places and cultures; cooking up tasty and healthy meals and with her growing family.
